Acclaimed West End performer Alice Fearn to launch new members’ event at Theatre by the Lake
Theatre by the Lake is delighted to announce the launch of The Lakeside Club, a brand-new exclusive event series for their members. The first event will take place on Wednesday 4 March at 11am.
The Lakeside Club has been created to offer members a relaxed and welcoming opportunity to engage more deeply with the theatre, enjoy refreshments, and connect with fellow members. Each event will feature a guest speaker from the world of theatre and the arts, alongside time to socialise in a friendly, informal setting.
The inaugural Lakeside Club event will welcome Alice Fearn, one of the UK’s most acclaimed performers. Alice will give a talk reflecting on her career, sharing insights from her extensive work across theatre, film and television. The talk will be followed by a live Q&A, giving members a rare chance to hear directly from one of the West End’s leading performers. Guests are then encouraged to stay, socialise and enjoy the refreshments provided.
Alice Fearn most recently portrayed the role of Heidi Hansen in the UK tour of Dear Evan Hansen and can also be seen playing Glinda’s Mother in both of the Wicked films. She is widely recognised for her performances as Elphaba in the West End production of Wicked and Beverly Bass in the Olivier Award-winning Come From Away at London’s Phoenix Theatre.
Her theatre credits include; Then, Now & Next, Oliver!, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Shrek The Musical, Into The Woods, Annie Get Your Gun, Les Misérables and The Woman in White.
Her film work includes; Les Misérables, Sweeney Todd, Alice in Wonderland, Clash of the Titans, Mamma Mia! and Pirates of the Caribbean, alongside television appearances in EastEnders and Tonight’s the Night.
The Lakeside Club is exclusive to Theatre by the Lake Members and marks an exciting new addition to the theatre’s programme of events.
Tickets are on sale now exclusively to Theatre by the Lake members, who can book online at here.
