Rehearsal photos released for Aladdin at the Lyceum!

Sheffield Theatres and Evolution Productions today release rehearsal images for their upcoming production of Aladdin, which opens at the Lyceum Theatre on Friday 5 December running through until Sunday 4 January.

Starring Strictly superstar Kevin Clifton as Ivan Tochacha, CBeebies’ favourite Evie Pickerill astheSpirit of the Ring and legendary Damian Williams as Dame Dolly, Sario Solomon in the titular role of Aladdin, Joey Wilby as Charlie, Elliot Broadfoot as the Genie, George Akid as PC World,and Lauren Chia asPrincess Jasmine. They are joined by a talented ensemble including: Thandie Nsingo; Eleanor Rose Jackson; Charlotte Ross Gower; Max Sanderson; Onuri Smith and Lucas Wells.

Once again, the show will be written and directed by Paul Hendy (The Last Laugh, Beauty and the Beast) and produced by the award winning Evolution Productions, the same team behind last year’s smash-hit panto Snow White, winner of Best Pantomime 2024 at the UK Pantomime Awards.

As always, the Lyceum Panto promises to be top-quality entertainment packed with theatrical thrills, stunning costumes, lavish sets, fabulous music and all the hilarious, laugh out loud jokes, with Damian Williams celebrating his eighteenth year as Sheffield Theatres’ beloved Dame.

Aladdin runs from Friday 5 December 2025 – Sunday 4 January 2026 at the Lyceum theatre, Sheffield. Tickets are on sale now and can be booked through the Box Office in person, over the phone on 0114 249 6000 or at sheffieldtheatres.co.uk.
