Cast announced for Pride & Prejudice* (*sort of) at Buxton Opera House
Casting has been announced for the Olivier and Evening Standard Theatre Award-winning West End sensation, Pride & Prejudice* (*sort of) which visits Buxton as part of its fourth UK Tour from Mon 5 – Sat 10 Oct 2026.
Joining the cast of the Olivier Award-winning production is Georgia Frith (Elizabeth Bennet), Eva Hope (Jane Bennet, Lady Catherine de Burgh), Rozanne Morgan (Mary Bennet, Lydia Bennet, Mr Gardiner), Julia Murray (Mrs Bennet, Fitzwilliam Darcy), and Phoebe Marshall (Charlotte Lucas, Charles Bingley and Miss Bingley). Rounding out the company as covers are Emily Cruz, Grace Farrell and Anastasia Sims-Chin.
Men, money and microphones will be fought over in this irreverent but affectionate adaptation where the stakes couldn’t be higher when it comes to romance. The show features a string of pop classics including Young Hearts Run Free, Will You Love Me Tomorrow and You’re So Vain.
